Position: Wet Utility Designer with Arcadis

This role empowers you to create detailed design drawings for various wet utilities while mentoring junior staff and ensuring project goals are met. Your insights will influence multi-disciplinary projects involving civil, highways, and transit/rail infrastructures across the GTA. Strong collaboration with stakeholders is crucial for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare detailed utility design documents

• Plan for permanent and temporary utility relocations

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and third-party utility stakeholders

• Resolve complex design issues across disciplines

• Mentor junior designers, enhancing team skill sets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• 8+ years of experience in the field

• P.Eng. designation or eligibility preferred

• Expertise with CAD tools like Micro Station and Inroads

• Familiarity with utility permits and approval processes
