Position: Senior Estimator for Major Infrastructure Projects
Drive excellence in project estimating with Comtech Group Inc. as a Senior Civil, Structural & Architectural Estimator in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time position emphasizes your skills in managing complex costs for high-impact infrastructure projects.

You will draw from a minimum of 15 years of experience in a large urban environment, specializing in multi-faceted construction projects.

Your role involves creating detailed estimates aligned with AACEi standards, analyzing changes, and contributing to strategic cost management. Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure precision in all project estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate comprehensive engineer's estimates for projects

• Prepare detailed reports on cost variance and pricing schedules

• Maintain up-to-date cost data and historical benchmarks

• Attend meetings to discuss estimate discrepancies with clients

• Provide input on key performance indicators related to estimates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or similar

• 15+ years in estimating for large urban projects

• Certified PQS from OACETT, CIQS, or AACE International

• Proven knowledge of project bidding processes

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and estimating software
