Become a key player in the renewable energy sector with Pure Sky Energy as a Design Engineer. This hybrid position focuses on the development of utility-scale PV and BESS projects, contributing to sustainable energy solutions.
In this vital role, you will support architecting innovative energy systems from preliminary design to execution. Your technical expertise will ensure that performance assumptions and interconnection requirements align throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams as you drive forward the mission of environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of electrical and layout designs
• Ensure compliance with performance and constructability requirements
• Manage risk assessments and technical documentation
• Collaborate on interconnection studies and applications
• Support EPC transitions and design reviews
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Proven track record in solar PV or battery storage
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD and PVCase
• Familiarity with interconnection and permitting requirements
• Experience in performance modeling advantageous
