• Conceptualize and oversee the technical training and demo facility

• Implement governance of the Learning Management System (LMS)
Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 7 years in technical training or applications engineering

• Strong skills in structuring complex engineering concepts

• Proven program management experience

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
