In your role as BIM Coordinator at NORR, you will be pivotal in coordinating the project model across various disciplines. Utilizing your experience in construction methods, you will manage clash detection and maintain model integrity. Your communication skills will facilitate collaboration between design teams and the Design Technology team, ensuring that protocols are followed and models meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary liaison for design teams and discipline leads

• Ensure compliance with design technology standards

• Review and track interference conditions across projects

• Oversee model auditing and troubleshooting tasks

• Manage coordination meetings to resolve project clashes
Requirements:

• 4-7 years in BIM modeling, drafting, and coordination

• Working knowledge of Revit for architectural solutions

• Understanding of common building components and BIM processes

• Completed post-secondary education in relevant fields

• Experience with Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro is advantageous
