Join ACCIONA Infrastructure and Amico Major Projects as a Contracts Coordinator on the Ontario Line project. Manage contractual agreements and drive effective communication among stakeholders for project success.
In this essential role, you will oversee and administer all contractual agreements for the Ontario Line project's Northern Civil segment. Your expertise will ensure compliance with legal standards and mitigate risks that could impact the project's success. Collaborate with various teams to track performance and maintain alignment with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all project contractual agreements and stakeholder communications
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Administer contracts and monitor performance and deliverables
• Ensure contracts comply with legal and regulatory standards
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, contractors, and legal advisors
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, law, or related field
• 3 to 7 years of construction-related experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
