Position: Project Coordinator at ONxpress Civils
Contribute to the GO Expansion program as a Project Coordinator with ONxpress Civils. This role focuses on project controls, financial management, and supporting engineering teams in design.

The ONxpress Civil Joint Venture is seeking a Project Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or commercial roles. You will oversee budgets, forecasts, and invoices while ensuring project alignment with commercial outcomes. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance regional rail infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support commercial oversight of engineering consultant scopes

• Validate sub-consultant invoices against deliverables

• Assist in maintaining project budgets and cost tracking

• Coordinate monthly invoicing and ensure compliance

• Monitor consultant performance against contractual requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• 3-5 years in project coordination or project controls

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Experience with budgeting and invoicing

• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
