Position: Estimator for ONxpress Civil Projects
Join ONxpress as an Estimator to drive key civil infrastructure projects, enhancing rail corridors and stations in a Progressive Design-Build setting. Play a vital role in cost planning and project design refinements.

This position involves working with the ONxpress Construction Joint Venture (CJV) Estimating team to deliver major transportation infrastructure works. You'll prepare detailed cost estimates, conduct quantity take-offs, and collaborate closely with design engineers and construction teams. Your input will ensure cost certainty and optimize project value throughout all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare conceptual and detailed cost estimates for civil works

• Develop Bills of Quantities from drawings and specifications

• Maintain cost models at varying design stages

• Collaborate with teams during design development

• Evaluate design alternatives to optimize costs

Requirements:

• 5+ years in construction estimating, especially rail projects

• Experience in Design-Build or Progressive Design-Build environments

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and BIM software

• Excellent communication skills for clear strategy presentation
