Take charge as a Bridge Engineer with Shellex Consulting Group in Toronto. Lead and mentor a team while focusing on innovative bridge design and construction specifications.
Shellex Consulting is expanding and seeks an experienced Bridge Engineer for its Toronto office. This pivotal role involves leading the technical delivery of bridge projects while managing commercial delivery. You will use AutoCAD for detailed structure drawings and conduct OSIM inspections, contributing to both new constructions and retrofits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical delivery of bridge designs and construction specs
• Manage successful project commercial delivery and budgeting
• Prepare structure drawings using AutoCAD with Ministry standards
• Conduct OSIM inspections with municipalities and MTO
• Develop engineering solutions for rehabilitation and new projects
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years of industry experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario
• Knowledge of bridge design codes and standards
• Proficient in CAD software including Civil 3D
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
