Key Responsibilities:
• Guide teams in executing innovative payment solutions

• Support workshops to enhance Agile methodologies
• Promote continuous improvement across engineering teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of technical team leadership
• At least 10 years in an Agile environment
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
• Proficient with Dev Ops tools like Jenkins and Docker
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
