In this pivotal role, you will lead the engineering delivery of signalling projects, acting as CRE Signalling. Your technical leadership will span multidisciplinary project teams, fostering engineering interfaces across various disciplines including signalling, power, and telecoms. You'll also oversee engineering assurance, risk management, and technical approvals, ensuring compliance with railway standards and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering delivery of signalling projects as CRE Signalling
• Manage multidisciplinary project team interfaces effectively
• Oversee technical approvals and risk management processes
• Serve as the main technical contact for all stakeholders
• Mentor engineering teams and promote a safety-first culture
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in delivering signalling projects in rail
• Proven track record as CRE Signalling or Engineering Manager
• Knowledge of relevant rail authority standards
• Strong understanding of systems integration and safety verification
• Degree in Engineering or related field with professional registration
