Architect, Telecom OSS​/BSS Integration Solutions

Lead the integration efforts as a Solution Integration Architect, focusing on Telecom OSS/BSS environments. Your expertise in API management and data flows will be crucial.

In this role, you will convert high-level designs into detailed designs and documentation while ensuring effective integration across telecom systems. Your experience with both synchronization and asynchronous patterns will help improve operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with both development and QA teams to ensure project clarity and timely problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and document all integration flows thoroughly

• Implement error handling and data validation protocols

• Create sequence diagrams and interface specifications

• Facilitate collaboration with business stakeholders

• Conduct design reviews and support testing processes

Requirements:

• Solid background in telecom OSS or BSS

• Proficient in REST and SOAP API integrations

• Strong ability to communicate technical details clearly

• Knowledge of TM Forum's eTOM and SID beneficial

• Experience dealing with Canadian telecom stakeholders is a plus
