Position: Internship at Unilever Operations Team
Embark on your professional journey with Unilever as an Operations Intern at the Hellmann's factory in Rexdale, Ontario. This role blends machine maintenance and technical documentation with a focus on continuous improvement and Lean processes.

The 4 or 8-month internship is ideal for students in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. You’ll contribute to creating autonomous maintenance standards and assist Logistics in daily operations. Moreover, you'll refine your analytical capabilities by interpreting complex data for problem-solving and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and document machine maintenance standards

• Create training materials for factory procedures

• Support daily Logistics operational tasks

• Implement continuous improvement and waste reduction

• Analyze data to aid in troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Currently studying Engineering (3rd or 4th year)

• Capable of working independently with initiative

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proficient in Excel and Power Point

• Good interpersonal skills and team contribution
