Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program activities and design package coordination
• Identify and address design execution challenges
• Ensure alignment with project controls and standards
• Participate in governance reviews and stakeholder interactions
• Mentor junior staff for consistent quality delivery
Requirements:
• 15+ years in infrastructure or aviation programs
• Experience with regulatory-driven project delivery
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Ontario
• Solid leadership experience across disciplines
• Familiarity with complex delivery models
