As part of the Production team under the Industrial Engineering Manager, you will focus on developing and monitoring processes for improvement.

Your role involves using your analytical skills to establish labor standards, enhance efficiency, and participate in Kaizen initiatives. You'll play a vital role in our innovative culture and production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct time studies and analyze production processes

• Support production teams in achieving KPIs

• Mentor staff and promote effective training

• Collaborate with cross-plant teams for standardization

• Manage the consistency and reliability of engineering data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering

• One or more years in a manufacturing role

• Hands-on Lean Manufacturing experience

• Strong decision-making and planning skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and production software
