Egis is seeking a Lead OCS Engineer to guide rail and transit projects across Canada. This senior role requires expertise in OCS design and extensive experience working with multidisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include reviewing designs, coordinating tasks, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring project compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee OCS delivery for rail and transit projects
Review and approve OCS designs and specifications
Allocate tasks and manage team resources effectively
Conduct design audits and technical reviews
Prepare and present project documentation and reports
Requirements
University degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or structural
Minimum 10 years of railway experience in OCS design
Proficiency in Microstation and AutoCAD
Ontario P. Eng. certification required
Strong leadership and communication skills
