Join SYSTRA Canada as a Track Project Coordinator supporting the Go Expansion Program. This role emphasizes project administration, coordination, and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project goals.
Become a part of SYSTRA Canada's Tracks Team as a Track Project Coordinator. You will assist the Project Manager in ensuring the smooth execution of project tasks and collaborate with multiple teams during pivotal Development and Implementation phases. Your focus on project standards and timely issue resolution will be crucial for project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Project Manager with administrative coordination
• Review plans and documents for project coordination
• Provide regular project updates to the Director
• Address project conflicts and develop corrective actions
• Enter data into NAPT and manage schedule updates
Requirements:
• Relevant experience of 3–5 years in project coordination
• Degree or comparable experience in engineering or management
• Strong multitasking and organization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with rail transit systems and project management software
