This exciting position  calls for a highly skilled Senior Database Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience, including substantial work with PostgreSQL and AWS environments. You'll be responsible for optimizing database performance and reliability, leading critical migrations, and designing innovative solutions to support future growth of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AWS RDS and NeonDB operations and management

• Develop sharding strategy for multi-tenant architecture

• Optimize database performance and resolve issues proactively

• Implement robust monitoring and alerting frameworks

• Establish comprehensive disaster recovery strategies
Requirements:

• 7+ years in backend or infrastructure roles

• Deep PostgreSQL experience, including optimization

• Skilled in managing AWS databases and Infrastructure as Code

• Proven experience with large-scale migrations

• Excellent scripting capabilities for operational tasks
