Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of tunneling design projects from concept to support

• Serve as primary client advisor to strengthen connections

• Contribute to business growth strategies and proposals

• Provide oversight on tunnel alignment and excavation methods

• Mentor multidisciplinary teams to enhance technical capacity
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master's in civil or geotechnical engineering

• 15+ years’ experience in tunneling design

• 5+ years in a leadership role for underground projects

• Active membership with Professional Engineers Ontario

• Strong communication skills with travel availability
