Project Controls Director, Urban Transportation

As Project Controls Director within Aecon’s Urban Transportation Solutions, you will guide project controls functions for large-scale transit, rail, and civil infrastructure projects. Your expertise will ensure that initiatives align with objectives and governance requirements, establishing solid project foundations through effective data structures, cost baselines, and risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project controls for diverse delivery models

• Implement Project Controls Management Plan for projects

• Maintain integrated cost, schedule, and performance management systems

• Develop budgets and lead change management activities

• Deliver executive-level reporting and project insights
Requirements:

• 15+ years in project controls for infrastructure

• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles

• Strong expertise in risk management and forecasting

• Advanced knowledge of cost control and scheduling

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and reporting tools
