• Lead the MLOps squad with technical expertise
• Design and manage ML operations capabilities
• Spend 60% of time on hands-on engineering tasks
• Establish standards for engineering and MLOps practices
• Mentor and influence engineers in technical growth
Requirements:
• Extensive software engineering background in production systems
• Practical AWS experience for infrastructure and deployment
• Strong foundation in CI/CD and distributed systems
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala programming
• Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical groups
