Position: Toronto Hydro Engineering Planning Manager
Drive asset management excellence as the Engineering Planning Manager at Toronto Hydro, focusing on strategic analytics in a hybrid workspace.

This key role encompasses leadership in asset planning and analytics, where you will optimize investment decision-making processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will take charge of managing teams, overseeing technology integration, and fostering continuous improvement within the organization’s asset management practices, aligning with regulatory frameworks and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams in engineering and planning tasks

• Develop strategic roadmaps for asset management improvements

• Manage implementation of advanced analytics platforms

• Evaluate engineering processes for continuous improvement

• Prioritize project risks and resources effectively

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Engineering degree;
Electrical focus preferred

• Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario

• Seven years of relevant asset management experience

• Strong leadership and change management skills

• Proven knowledge of asset planning software
