The OCS Design Lead is pivotal in managing electrification systems design and implementation, ensuring compliance and integration with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Candidates should have at least 10 years of OCS design experience and expertise interacting with regulatory bodies and contractors while guiding technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee OCS design and delivery for rail and transit projects
• Coordinate OCS interfaces with various engineering disciplines
• Review and approve OCS designs, drawings, and specifications
• Mentor junior engineers and manage team resources
• Conduct design reviews, audits, and maintain project records
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant engineering field
• P.Eng. designation in Canada or eligibility
• 10+ years of OCS design experience
• Proficiency in Micro Station and AutoCAD
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
