Your new role

As a Project Manager within the Capital Planning team, you will lead building assessment and capital planning assignments, supporting clients with long-term asset strategies and condition assessments. While primarily aligned to capital planning, there is an opportunity for exposure to restoration projects depending on workload and interest.
You will work closely with Principals and project associates, taking ownership of deliverables while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Manage capital planning and building assessment projects from start to finish

Coordinate site reviews, assessments and reporting activities

Prepare and review client deliverables related to asset condition and long-term planning

Manage project scope, timelines and budgets

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Support proposal preparation and contribute to business development activities

Mentor junior staff and support team development

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in capital planning, building assessments or related consulting services

P.Eng or OAA designation

Background in engineering, building science or architectural technology

Ability to manage multiple projects andpeting priorities

Strong written and verbalmunication skills

Client-focused approach with a collaborative mindset

Willingness to grow technical breadth across related service lines

Approximately $90,000 – $120,000, depending on experience
