Advance your engineering journey at Aecon Utilities as a Co-op Project Coordinator. Over four months, assist in coordinating projects through data management and analysis across Canada.
In this role, you'll provide essential support to project management teams, focusing on data analytics, cost tracking, and project scheduling. Collaborating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, you'll maintain comprehensive project documentation and offer technical support when needed. Flexibility for travel is required, giving you insights into various job sites throughout the country.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze data and provide insights for project management
• Review and generate procurement lists from contract documents
• Track project costs and productivity efficiently
• Assist in bill of materials preparation from field information
• Prepare and review engineering drawings and documents
Requirements:
• Enrolled in Civil Engineering/Technologist/Construction Management
• Relevant experience in construction is a plus
• Strong computer skills in MS Office applications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
