• Define technical roadmap and architectural specifications for ASICs
• Serve as primary technical liaison with ASIC design houses
• Lead design and verification strategy for critical tapeouts
• Oversee lab characterization and analyze silicon performance
• Mentor engineering staff and champion design best practices

• 10+ years in analog/mixed-signal ASIC design
• Proven track record of multiple successful tapeouts
• Expertise in high-speed and high-voltage circuit design
• Mastery of EDA tools, particularly Cadence
• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field
