This role involves leading project estimate development, preparing detailed project bases, and coordinating with the project team for optimal results. Building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams is integral to achieving our shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate estimate plans with the project team

• Lead total project estimate development efforts

• Prepare Project Basis of Estimate and Risk Analysis

• Analyze and recommend solutions for complex issues

• Maintain a library of local rates for estimation purposes

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of estimating experience in construction

• Familiarity with estimating systems like Sage Timberline

• Relevant degree or experience in related field

• RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
