Lead railway signaling projects as the Project Testing and Commissioning Manager at Alstom in Eglinton, ON. This full-time role focuses on safety, quality, and efficient project delivery.
In this position, you will manage critical commissioning tasks and work collaboratively across teams. Your deep knowledge in railway signaling systems will be vital for guiding your testing team and mentoring junior testers. Leadership skills will be essential to uphold safety protocols and maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison for all commissioning activities
• Develop site-specific work plans and ROW requests
• Evaluate and validate commissioning testing scopes
• Design tests and architecture tailored to projects
• Monitor forecasts for testing timelines and resources
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in large-scale railway signaling projects
• Understanding of vital and non-vital circuit concepts
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical challenges
