PQC Cryptography Engineer

Lead innovative research in post-quantum cryptography s role focuses on developing quantum-resistant workflows and advancing our PKI automation stack with hands‑on engineering and standards‑driven implementation.

Securetron is looking for a Post‑Quantum Research and PKI Cryptography Engineer. You will evaluate NIST‑selected PQC algorithms and their applications for secure PKI and certificate issuance. Responsibilities include prototyping hybrid cryptographic solutions, implementing necessary templates, and designing mechanisms for rapid algorithm rotation.

• Evaluate NIST PQC algorithms for enterprise PKI
• Prototype hybrid classical/PQC certificate chains
• Implement PQC‑ready templates and CSR formats
• Design frameworks to enable rapid algorithm rotation
• Validate and build tooling for Cryptographic Bills of Materials

• Robust knowledge in applied cryptography and PKI
• Experience with PQC algorithms and hybrid key exchange
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Rust, or C/C++
• Familiarity with X.509, OCSP, and CRLs
• Understanding of NIST PQC standardization and IETF drafts
