In your role as a Service Estimator II, you will collaborate with team members to develop competitive quotes for various HVAC service agreements. Your responsibilities include crafting detailed cost estimates that cover all aspects of the construction process. This position emphasizes your ability to identify savings and mitigate risks while focusing on energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create comprehensive quotes for service contracts
• Analyze costs of materials and contractor work
• Develop scopes based on project requirements
• Spot opportunities for cost savings on projects
• Conduct pre-bid strategy meetings with Account Managers
Requirements:
• Engineered or technical degree preferred
• 3-5 years of estimating experience required
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems
• Experience in project management and client engagement
• Clean driving record for at least 12 months
