Position: MEP Lead for Building Projects
Join Pomerleau Construction as an MEP Operations Lead and support large-scale building projects. Utilize your mechanical and electrical expertise to ensure compliance and effective project execution.
As a key player in the Building and Operations team, you oversee mechanical and electrical activities for projects ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion. Your responsibilities include problem resolution, team collaboration, and strategic planning, ensuring all specifications and codes are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate on-site mechanical and electrical activities effectively

• Problem-solve to mitigate interference and coordination issues

• Organize schedules, RFIs, and project completion documents

• Engage with team members and external partners effectively

• Compile and prepare essential project reports
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in mechanical and electrical in the construction sector

• University degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Track record in team collaboration and coordination

• Strong organizational and technical skills

• Adept at managing compliance and project specifications
