Position: Urban Roadways Construction Manager Role
Take the lead as a Construction Manager for Urban Roadways, overseeing project execution in densely populated areas. Drive critical roadway projects while ensuring public safety and on-time delivery.

In this senior role, you will spearhead the design and management of construction teams focused on urban roadway projects. You'll work closely with planning, utilities, and traffic management to challenge and optimize roadway designs. Ensure projects meet safety and quality standards while delivering value to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the Roads execution team for efficient project delivery

• Challenge and optimize roadway design for safety

• Lead value engineering and cost estimation processes

• Coordinate resources for urban project management

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in roadway construction

• Experience managing projects in confined urban spaces

• Engineering degree or equivalent roadway experience

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Familiarity with Alliance and P3 project delivery methods
