We're looking for a Staff or Principal MLOps Engineer to elevate our fast-growing data and ML infrastructure. You'll need staff-level experience and a proven track record in diagnosing complex systems.

Your role will involve assessing and improving our pipelines while implementing robust systems that align with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and enhance existing ML workflows and pipelines

• Design scalable data systems based on customer requirements

• Implement fixes directly in the codebase to ensure reliability

• Establish observability and data quality standards for teams

• Document clear tradeoffs for future team reference

Requirements:

• Staff or principal-level expertise in MLOps
