Position: Internship in Civil Engineering at Aecon
Gain invaluable experience with Aecon as a Civil Engineering Intern. Participate in managing heavy civil construction projects while honing your skills in site audits and efficiency analysis.

Aecon offers exciting opportunities for Engineering Co-op students within the Civil West division. Applicants enrolled in Civil Engineering or Construction Management will play critical roles in project execution. You will assist Field Engineers and Superintendents while engaging in vital tasks such as quantity take-offs and progress monitoring to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site audits and report findings

• Assist project staff with daily operational activities

• Perform quantity tracking for increased productivity

• Maintain accurate records for active and completed projects

• Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to ensure quality

Requirements:

• Enrollment in a Civil Engineering or similar program

• Familiarity with construction methods and equipment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug tests
