As part of Xanadu's Fabrication Process Engineering team, you will oversee equipment installation and maintenance while ensuring exceptional manufacturing quality for photonic systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation and optimization of semiconductor tools

• Establish maintenance protocols and assess tool performance

• Prepare comprehensive project plans and resolve technical issues

• Manage preventative maintenance and spare parts inventory

• Liaise with stakeholders to implement effective solutions

Requirements:

• BS or MS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Over 3 years of hands-on semiconductor experience

• Proficiency in metrology, dicing, or grinding tools

• Strong capabilities in troubleshooting and process optimization

• Willingness to travel for training and acceptance testing
