You will ensure wastewater system compliance through inspections, maintenance, and operational adjustments while acting as a project resource. With an experience level of 4-5 years, you will support project delivery and enhance your technical skills, contributing to the safety of community water systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform as Operator in Charge under Ontario Regulation 319/08
• Maintain and operate water/wastewater systems efficiently
• Manage equipment inspections and hazardous waste
• Supervise subcontractors and lead safety programs
• Collaborate on project budgets and timelines
Requirements:
• High school diploma with 4-5 years’ experience in the field
• Class 1 or 2 License in relevant water treatment
• Class G driver’s license and vehicle access
• Intermediate customer service and operational planning skills
• Certification at Wastewater Treatment Level 2
