In this senior-level role, you'll lead the preparation of cost estimates for significant infrastructure endeavors across Ontario. With responsibilities including oversight of quantity take-offs and strategic pricing development, your expertise will be crucial in delivering projects efficiently. You will collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure accurate and actionable estimates reflect project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed cost estimation for various project components

• Oversee quantity take-offs and ensure measurement accuracy

• Review contract specifications to define project scope

• Manage estimate updates throughout design progress

• Prepare bid analyses and project cost plans

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• 8–12+ years of estimating experience on large projects

• Strong leadership capabilities within estimating teams

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Experience in rail/transit or major infrastructure preferred
