In your role as an Engineer, BPV at TSSA, you’ll evaluate client submissions for compliance with the Ontario Regulations and industry standards. Leverage your mechanical engineering expertise while analyzing technical drawings and performing stress calculations, ensuring the safety of high-pressure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate design submissions related to pressure equipment regulations

• Review TSSA application forms and client's manufacturer qualifications

• Analyze technical drawings and conduct stress calculations

• Follow up with clients on outstanding information requirements

• Present submissions to internal committees for review

Requirements:

• Mechanical engineering degree recognized by PEO

• Valid P.Eng. license

• 3-5 years in pressure equipment engineering

• Knowledge of boiler designs and Ontario safety codes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software
