Position: Project Coordinator for ONxpress Civils
Lead projects in the exciting GO Expansion program with ONxpress Civils. This role focuses on coordinating engineering and construction activities while ensuring alignment with project goals and budgets.

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will oversee various stages of project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Your role will include conducting constructability reviews, managing financial tracking, and collaborating with commercial teams to deliver key outcomes. You'll also mentor junior staff, ensuring effective task delegation while maintaining stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project activities across design and construction phases

• Conduct detailed constructability and engineering reviews

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

• Manage financial processes, including progressive billing

• Coordinate preparation and delivery of project documents

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or related fields

• 4-6 years of project coordination experience

• Knowledge of construction codes and industry best practices

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project
