Electronic Test Equipment Designer

In this position, you will develop hardware and software test solutions for manufacturing, ensuring timely delivery based on Test Specifications. Collaborate with global contract manufacturers to support new production test solutions and troubleshoot existing equipment, maintaining effective communication throughout. Your technical expertise will guide the integration and validation of simulators and Second Line Maintenance Devices (SLMDs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate designs for automated testing in manufacturing

• Troubleshoot and maintain automated test equipment

• Coordinate with contract manufacturers on test solutions

• Support validation phase of hardware and software

• Maintain legacy test systems and develop cost-effective solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years in electronic hardware design

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field

• Proficient in Lab View and Test Stand software

• Experience with Python and Visual Basic scripting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
