Position: Estimator for Rail Infrastructure
Join a major rail/transit infrastructure project in Toronto as an Estimator. Support cost estimates and collaborate with teams in this full-time position focused on accuracy and detail.

We are looking for an Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates for a progressive rail project in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have 3–8+ years of estimating experience and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering. You'll engage in scope identification, quantity take-offs, and support bid analysis, ensuring alignment with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor and materials

• Perform quantity take-offs based on project designs

• Review contract documents for scope and risks

• Support target price estimation development

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering

• 3–8+ years estimating experience in construction

• Familiarity with rail or major infrastructure projects

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented abilities

• Proficiency with estimating software tools
