Position: Technical Lead for Pape SOE Project
Join Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. (GIP) as a Technical Lead in Toronto, ON. You will spearhead the technical delivery of the Pape Support of Excavation Project while guiding a specialized team.

This pivotal role involves collaborating with designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure exceptional engineering outcomes. You'll leverage strong technical knowledge in underground and structural works, leading complex compliance and construction efforts across multiple zones. Your leadership capability and experience will be vital in managing the delivery team and interfacing with various project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical authority for SOE and underpinning

• Oversee design development and coordination

• Resolve technical issues and ensure safety integration

• Mentor Technical Coordinators for project success

• Coordinate technical submittals and approvals

Requirements:

• Engineering background or equivalent experience

• 10+ years in civil, underground structures, or infrastructure

• Expertise in Support of Excavation systems

• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams

• Excellent communication for client and contractor discussions
