As a Senior Technical Services Engineer, you will provide expert advice to customers on best practices within the Atlas Search and Vector Search products. You will engage with diverse global clients to resolve complex deployment issues and ensure they maximize their use of our data platform.

Your role will involve working alongside cross-functional teams to influence product improvement and customer satisfaction.
