This pivotal role requires extensive knowledge in analog and mixed-signal ASIC design, with at least 10 years of experience leading complex projects. You will be instrumental in devising architectural specifications and directing the design life cycle, ensuring that innovative solutions align with industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outline architectural frameworks for high-performance ASICs

• Act as technical liaison with leading ASIC vendor partners

• Spearhead design integration and verification for successful tapeouts

• Lead characterization efforts to align silicon outputs with requirements

• Collaborate with diverse teams to address cross-functional challenges

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of professional design experience

• Strong background in managing complex silicon tapeouts

• Proficiency in high-voltage and high-speed circuit designs

• Experience with multiple advanced semiconductor processes

• Proficient in EDA software tools, with Cadence preferred
