Contract Administrator Municipal Water Projects

RVA is seeking a Contract Administrator specialized in municipal water projects, focusing on quality control, compliance, and effective communication with project stakeholders. Take charge of administrative duties and ensure project success.
In this role, with over 6 years of field-based contract administration experience, you'll manage various tasks including coordinating inspections, reviewing submittals, and processing payment applications. Your strong teamwork and problem-solving skills will help address technical issues and support efficient project turnover.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee compliance with applicable codes and standards
• Coordinate site inspections and project updates
• Assist in change order discussions and dispute resolution
• Maintain QA/QC records for quality management
• Attend and document project meetings on site
Requirements:
• 6+ years of relevant experience in contract administration
• Eligible for C.E.T. or P.Eng. registration in Ontario
• Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications
• Valid driver’s license with personal vehicle access
• Solid knowledge of construction and commissioning processes
