Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of VDC coordinators effectively

• Manage BIM/VDC services for large-scale projects

• Mentor team members on best practices

• Draft and review BIM management plans

• Oversee the BIM process for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Educational background in construction engineering or architecture

• 5+ years in construction BIM project management

• Skilled in software like Revit and BIMTrack

• Solid understanding of openBIM and CDE

• Good technical knowledge in building mechanics
