Senior Propulsion Engineer - Liquid Rocket Systems

We are seeking a Senior Propulsion Engineer to spearhead the design and development of innovative liquid rocket systems. Lead teamwork to ensure successful propulsion from concept to launch.

In the role of Senior Propulsion Engineer, you will take immediate ownership of the propulsion system's architecture and leading design efforts. Your strong hands-on experience in liquid rocket propulsion will enable you to manage system-level trade-offs effectively. Collaborate with engineers across various disciplines as you advance testing strategies and quickly address design challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and strategy of propulsion systems

• Drive design across critical components like injectors

• Collaborate with structures and avionics teams

• Manage testing strategy from component to engine levels

• Oversee failure diagnoses and design iterations

Requirements:

• Approximately 10+ years in liquid rocket propulsion

• Strong practical experience with engine hardware

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams

• Strong foundation in fluid dynamics and combustion

• Experience with cryogenic propellant systems
