Transform project planning with Green Infrastructure Partners (GIP) as the Lead Planner in Toronto, focusing on scheduling and milestone management for extensive transit initiatives.
Your role will be pivotal to keep projects on track and aligned.
The Lead Planner will report directly to the Planning Manager, responsible for developing detailed project schedules in Primavera P6. Your analytical prowess will help monitor critical paths, establish milestones, and guide teams in resolving scheduling conflicts. This position requires continuous interaction with project managers and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Plan and track project milestones and critical paths
• Analyze project performance for timely adjustments
• Collaborate with project leaders on scheduling concerns
• Report project trends and status regularly
Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience in a Planner role
• Background in Transit infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 scheduling
• Skilled in engineering document interpretation
• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse teamwork
