Position: Environmental Permit Technical Officer Role
As a Technical Officer in Toronto, engage in managing regulatory permits and environmental impact assessments. Your strong project management skills will contribute to timely approvals.

In this dynamic role, you will oversee the development and execution of technical regulatory studies, ensuring alignment with environmental standards. With at least 8 years of project management experience, you will lead efforts to secure necessary permits while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, enhancing collaboration, and integrating technical findings into government submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage requests for proposals and contractor selection

• Schedule and plan regulatory studies effectively

• Deliver technical guidance on environmental assessments

• Develop project status reports as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in environmental science or related discipline

• 8+ years of project management experience

• Experience with environmental permitting in Canada

• Knowledge of Ontario environmental regulations
