Make a significant impact as a Retread/Technical Solutions Field Specialist with Continental Tire Canada, focusing on remote consulting and training in retreading processes.
As a full-time field specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with CLC partners to ensure optimal equipment installations and processes. Situated near major Canadian airports, you’ll provide technical assistance, leading installations while training plant personnel on retreading operations and Digital Solutions. Your analytical skills will help drive product quality and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on equipment installation and operational layout
• Train plant staff on retreading procedures and standards
• Provide installation support for Digital Solutions products
• Conduct evaluations of retreading processes
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or extensive relevant experience
• Experience with retreading and installation processes
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to travel across Canada (50-75%)
• Valid driver's license and passport for travel
